  • Central region: Nights fall from 15-22°C to 5-13°C, with an intense heatwave of 32-37°C on May 17. In the southern part, you might experience extreme heat of up to 40°C, with a sharp drop to 15-20°C from May 18 onward.
  • Eastern region: Nights remain steady at 15-22°C. May 17-18 will bring severe heat of 32-37°C, peaking at up to 40°C in southern areas, before a significant drop to 13-18°C by May 19.
  • Southern region: Extreme daytime heat of 35-43°C on May 17, followed by a sizeable decrease to 20-28°C on May 18. Night temperatures falter from 18-23°C down to 10-15°C.
  • Southeastern region: Expect daytime heat of 32-37°C on May 17, with southern areas reaching 40°C. Temps should drop to 20-25°C starting May 18.
