TV Times Celebrates 70 Years with Star-Studded Photoshoot
TV Times, the beloved British television guide, is marking its 70th anniversary with a special photoshoot featuring two of its most popular stars – Sally Lindsay and Neil Dudgeon. The photoshoot took place at London's famous Holborn Studios in August and features a 16-foot garland of chrome and silver balloons, giant light-up numbers, and a showstopping pink ombre cake.
Sally Lindsay, a star and co-creator of 5's hit crime drama The Madame Blanc Mysteries, and Neil Dudgeon, who leads ITV1's ever-popular whodunnit Midsomer Murders, have teamed up for this exclusive event. For Dudgeon, it's not his first time on a TV Times cover, as his first appearance was back in October 1988. Lindsay made her debut on a TV Times cover in July 2003.
Dudgeon expresses his excitement about helping TV Times celebrate its 70th birthday, while Lindsay shares her delight at being part of this historic moment. Dudgeon finds seeing himself on a TV Times cover in a supermarket strange, but he's happy to be a part of the celebration.
The special photoshoot is for TV Times' first-ever subscribers-only cover, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes video from the photoshoot is available on the magazine's website. The exclusive subscriber cover for TV Times' 70th birthday will be delivered to subscribers this week.
