Inquiry concerning the demise of rapper Xatar has been terminated.
The Public Prosecutor's Office in Cologne has concluded its investigation into the death of controversial German rapper Xatar, born in Iran, whose career thrived despite a prison term. The investigation was initiated to determine if there were any indications of a 'criminally relevant external cause.'
Chief Prosecutor Ulrich Bremer announced the results of the investigation to the German Press Agency, stating that no culpable behavior of other persons was found during the investigation. The evaluation of a chemical-toxicological report did not provide any indication of the cause of Xatar's death, which was discovered in May in his Cologne apartment.
Despite being in prison, Xatar managed to launch a successful career in the music business. His albums topped the charts, but he also had legal issues. In 2009, Xatar was involved in a gold heist, for which he was sentenced to a prison term. The perpetrator of the robbery was, in fact, Xatar himself.
In a move to protect the privacy rights of the deceased and his relatives, the Public Prosecutor's Office will not disclose any further details about the investigation results or the cause of Xatar's death. The investigation into Xatar's death has been discontinued, leaving the cause of his death a mystery.
Xatar was a significant and controversial figure in the German rap scene. His music and life were marked by controversy, yet he managed to captivate audiences with his unique style and raw talent. His death has left a void in the German rap scene that may never be filled.
This investigation serves as a reminder of the complexities of life and the unpredictable nature of death. Despite the conclusion of the investigation, the cause of Xatar's death remains a mystery, leaving fans and the public to ponder what may have led to his untimely demise.
