Inn Goomolko: "Solving the issue of interaction with leaders of districts in Omsk requires personnel changes"

Here's a fresh take on the article:

On Wednesday, June 19, as SuperOmsk reported, Omsk Mayor Oksana Fedina presented her city administration's work from 2018. Deputies approached the traditional event unconventionally, dissecting key points bit by bit.

Deputy Omsk Councilor, co-chair of the public organization "The Fortress" (Oplot), Inna Homolko, shared her thoughts with us. She pointed out glaring oversights and nuances that required adjustments. For instance, she believes heads of districts should be more approachable for residents and deputies.

In her report, the Mayor of Omsk touched upon statistical data and sector-based selections. However, no in-depth research was conducted. For example, the number of inquiries related to urban planning and architecture stood at 7,800, while that for beautification was a mere 2,500. Yet, these numbers were merely tallied based on statistical data. In our offices and committees, this figure far exceeds the presented figures. Furthermore, there was no mention in the report about attracting youth to the city, welcoming back those who had left Omsk, addressing the issue of " backup personnel," future department directors, or structural departments. People don't just pop up as leaders; they need to be nurtured, trained, and prepared to produce qualified specialists who can genuinely address the concerns of the citizens. However, overall, I believe the work was completed, the result of joint efforts between the deputies and the Mayor.

-Inna Homolko commented on her interactions with deputies, stating that there should be improved collaboration between the district heads. I've encountered regular rejections, such as from the head of the Soviet District. It's important to establish contact with the district heads, find common ground, perhaps with the aid of human resources policy. The head of the Central District of Omsk has changed since June 17, with Amangeldy Mendubaev taking over from Sergei Dmitriyenko.
