To access this service, submit a request through the Dubai Police app, and voila! You'll be receiving a text message with your call time and a link to start the video call. Talk about sweet as Eid candy!

Major General Marwan Abdul Karim Julfar, Director of the General Department of Punitive and Correctional Institutions, shared some insight on this new venture. According to him, the video conferencing service has proven fruitful since its inception, strengthening family ties, especially for folks who can't visit in person. Sounds like a win-win!
