Industrious Unveils Ultra-Luxury Co-Working at Iconic Lever House
Industrious, a renowned co-working company, is introducing its first luxury office space in Midtown Manhattan. Dubbed Industrious Reserve, the new venture will inhabit two floors of Lever House starting next spring. The move coincides with the rising demand for premium workspaces post-pandemic.
The company, headed by CEO and co-founder Jamie Hodari, plans to provide 44 private offices alongside a limited number of memberships. These spaces cater to established professionals and small firms seeking high-end perks without the need for expansive offices. Membership fees will range from $25,000 to $45,000 annually, with additional charges for private suites.
Lever House was selected for its smaller floorplates, allowing natural light to flood the workspace. The new location will boast upscale amenities, including a barista, a master mixologist, on-site lunch options, and even turndown service for offices. The company has already secured members, with full occupancy expected by April.
If the Lever House location proves successful, Industrious aims to expand the luxury co-working concept further.
The launch of Industrious Reserve signals a shift in office demand, with more professionals craving high-quality work environments. The company's focus on exclusivity and premium services sets it apart from conventional co-working models. Full occupancy is anticipated by early next year.
