Individual under scrutiny for alleged attempt on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's life now claims transgender identity.

In a shocking revelation, newly unveiled court documents have shed light on the meticulous planning behind the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022.

According to the sentencing memo, the perpetrator, identified as Nicholas John Roske, had plans not only to target Justice Kavanaugh, but potentially two other individuals as well. This chilling revelation underscores the gravity of the situation and the potential danger posed to our nation's judiciary.

Roske, who was described as being 'deeply mentally ill and suicidal' at the time of the incident, had a history of using female identities online. This deception was employed prior to the attempted murder of Justice Kavanaugh.

The attempted assassination was carried out with a Glock-17 pistol, two magazine clips, a speed loader, a tactical knife, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, and a crowbar. Roske confessed to investigators that he was motivated by anger over the leaked Supreme Court draft suggesting that Kavanaugh and other conservative justices were set to overturn Roe v. Wade and the federal right to abortion.

The attorney general, Pam Biondi, described the incident as an act of 'political violence'. The sentencing memo also outlines how Roske conducted chilling Google searches, including questions like 'how much force do you need to stab someone's neck' and 'most effective way to silently kill someone'.

A map saved in Roske's Google account contained pins marking what are believed to be the homes of four sitting Supreme Court justices. This disturbing discovery underscores the extent to which Roske had planned his cold-blooded murder.

The sentencing memo further reveals that Roske had approached the justice's house with the intent to kill, stating that he planned to give his own life a sense of purpose through the act.

This incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of maintaining the safety and security of our nation's judiciary. It is a call to action for all of us to stand together in defence of our democratic institutions and the rule of law.
