In the city of Surgut, located within the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, a local resident has found themselves in legal trouble once again. The Surgut City Court has imposed a fine of 90,000 rubles on the resident for a provocative statement made on the Telegram messenger.

The controversial statement was made in response to a news item about the possible seizure of Greenland from Denmark. The court qualified the man's actions under Part 2 of Article 20.3.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

This is the second time the Surgut resident has been involved in a legal issue related to provocative statements on social networks. Previously, the city prosecutor's office discovered a statement made by the same individual that was deemed provocative by the Surgut City Court.

In the latest incident, a person named Ruslan Shaveddinov made a public call in a Telegram chat to violate the territorial integrity of Russia. The new statement does not seem to be related to any ongoing international disputes or negotiations.

The press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug has reported the fine imposed on the Surgut resident. The city court is expected to impose a new fine on the resident for the latest provocative statement.

It's important to note that the incident taking place in Surgut is unrelated to the conflict in a residential complex in Balashikha, another city in Russia. The Ural Federal District, where Surgut is located, is a federal district in Russia, situated in the eastern part of the country.

The fine serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting the territorial integrity of one's own country and the consequences of making provocative statements on social media. The exact date of the incident is not specified in the report.
