Individual in a rush throws stones at Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents while running across a track
A 37-year-old individual was arrested by the Federal Police following an incident at Hannover Central Station's platform. The man is alleged to have thrown stones at an ICE train, causing damage to a window of the onboard bistro. According to reports, the incident occurred on the platform, leading to a disruption of train services. Fortunately, no passengers were inside the onboard bistro at the time, and the onboard bistro staff was not harmed. The Federal Police have confirmed the man's identity and have initiated criminal proceedings against him for his actions. The police are currently investigating the motive behind the man's actions. The incident resulted in damage to the train set at Hannover Central Station, which is likely operated by "Start Niedersachsen Mitte," a subsidiary of Regionalverkehre Start Deutschland GmbH, which runs regional rail transport in the Hannover area. The man's court date has not been announced yet. The police have apprehended him and are continuing their investigation into the matter.
