Last Thursday at the prestigious O2 Arena in London, Luke Humphries solidified his title as the 2025 champion of the Premier League Darts. The victory was made possible, in part, by Huxtable's meticulously crafted darts. Based in Bridgend, Wales, Huxtable also supplied darts to semi-finalist Gerwyn Price and seasoned Dutch player Michael Van Gerwen for this years tournament that kicked off in February.
A notable exception in Huxtable's roster of clients is the current world champion, Luke Littler, whose darts are commissioned from a rival company.
Despite operating within a niche market, Huxtable has established a formidable reputation within the darts fraternity. However, his achievements may go unnoticed outside this specialized sphere due to factors such as the limited reach of the darts industry, the highly specialized nature of his work, and the contrasting marketing strategies of individual designers and large sports equipment brands.
