The Rocky River Police Department confirmed that Miller reported that a driver brandished a Palestinian flag while verbally abusing him with hate speech.
Miller contacted emergency services, informing them that the driver in a black Tesla was taiogating his vehicle and trying to force him off the road. He also provided the license plate number to the 911 operator.
In an escalating incident, the aggressor reportedly threatened Miller's life and that of his family, shamelessly proclaiming that he would "cut their throats" with implied violence against his daughters[1][2].
The agitated assailant fled the scene before police could respond, but not before 36-year-old Feras Hamdan from Westlake decided to surrender himself to the Rocky River Police Department yesterday.
