In the Sverdlovsk region, under the guidance of Denis Pasler, assistance will be provided to families grappling with untrustworthy construction companies.

The Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk Region is currently compiling a list of victims who have fallen prey to unscrupulous developers. According to Denis Pasler, the Regional Governor, the number of complaints has already reached into the tens.

Among the affected are mainly families with children, often large families and those with preferential loans. The problem has been reported in several cities, including Revda, Polevskoy, Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, and Asbest.

In response to the growing concern, the regional Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development is now accepting applications from victims seeking assistance in legal action, banking issues, and resolving construction issues. Applications can be submitted in person, online at [email protected], or by appointment.

So far, 89 families have sought help. In an effort to address the issue, 16 construction organizations have been added to the blacklist. The regional Ministry of Construction will also count the number of affected large families and unreliable companies.

Denis Pasler has demanded that the situation be investigated, and he has ordered it to be solved at a government meeting on July 3. The Regional Newspaper has reported that new clinics are opening for Sverdlovsk residents to provide support during this challenging time.

For those seeking more detailed and updated information, it is recommended to consult the regional government or consumer protection websites, official blacklists from construction regulatory authorities or the Federal Antimonopoly Service in Russia, and local news outlets or legal aid organizations that might assist families affected by fraudulent developers.

If you need guidance on where and how to look for such information, or if you want to know what kind of assistance might be available generally, feel free to ask.
