The latest offering from the Japanese Food Lab is a two-part summer cooking series, featuring none other than Chef Giada De Laurentiis and Chef Shinji Ishida. This collaborative cooking show brings together Giada's approachable style with Shinji's authentic culinary expertise, as they explore and create traditional and innovative Japanese summer dishes.

In the first episode, titled "Chirashi Sushi", Chef Ishida guides Giada through the process of making this vibrant, scattered sushi bowl filled with a variety of fresh fish, vegetables, and seasoned rice.
