In Krasnodar, 40 units of equipment and 392 tons of anti-icing materials have been prepared for snow removal this winter
Krasnodar has stepped up preparations for winter weather, ensuring roads stay clear and safe. The city has stockpiled nearly 400 tons of deicing materials and assembled teams to handle snow removal.
Around 630 workers will be deployed during each shift to clear snow and spread sand-salt mixtures on streets. The materials will be stored in 2,585 containers placed across Krasnodar.
The city has also prepared 40 specialised vehicles for snow removal. In addition, 73 emergency response teams have been organised to manage severe winter conditions.
With workers, equipment, and supplies in place, Krasnodar aims to maintain smooth traffic flow during winter. The measures are designed to reduce disruptions and improve safety on icy roads.
