In spite of facing insults and threats, the player's advisor secures victory in the legal dispute with Hoffenheim.

In an unexpected turn of events, the Heidelberg Regional Court has granted an interim injunction against the stadium ban imposed on player agent Wittmann, who was banned from TSG Hoffenheim's stadium, the PreZero Arena, back in April/May 2025.

The ban, initially enforced due to unfriendly remarks and threats made towards members of TSG Hoffenheim's management team, has been temporarily lifted. The court found that there was no sufficient reason for a stadium ban, citing that the statements were made some months ago and were only made towards one person and initially not made public.

Despite the interim injunction, Wittmann is still prohibited from entering the training grounds of TSG Hoffenheim, as these are not publicly accessible. The court ruling does not affect the house ban on the training grounds.

It's worth noting that the PreZero Arena's stadium box, which is rented by the consulting agency ROGON, is not part of the ban. The court's decision allows the consulting agency ROGON to provide Wittmann with the stadium box. However, Wittmann was initially prohibited from entering the stadium box rented by his agency ROGON.

The Regional Court of Heidelberg assumed that Wittmann had actually made the insults and threats alleged. Both parties can appeal to the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe within one month.

Before the start of the season, Wittmann was publicly declared an unwanted person by TSG Hoffenheim. This decision has now been put on hold, pending the outcome of the appeals process.

It's important to remember that a special reason is required to exclude a person from a public event location like a stadium. Conversely, no special reason is required to impose a house ban on the training grounds, as these are not publicly accessible.

This development in the ongoing saga between Wittmann and TSG Hoffenheim is sure to generate further interest and discussion among football fans and legal experts alike.
