British actor Tom Holland, best known for his role as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, recently participated in a cold water plunge while filming for the upcoming movie, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day."
Holland, aged 29, is renowned for his commitment to physical fitness, and his dedication was evident during the ice-cold dip. After emerging from the water, his abs were visible through his wet shirt, showcasing the impressive results of his workout routine.
The video of the incident was posted on Instagram by Men's Health UK, who Holland recently appeared on their series, "Icebreakers." In the episode, he promoted a non-alcoholic beer called Bero.
Holland's workout methods are unique, with a focus on electricity-infused exercises to enhance his performance.
