In the heart of Münster, Germany, a unique cultural event is set to take place this September. The Luminiscence light art project will illuminate St. Paul's Cathedral, transforming the historic site into a breathtaking spectacle of light, music, and storytelling.

This multimedia experience, produced by French company LOTCHI, aims to revive cultural institutions with emotion, technology, and storytelling. The event is a collaboration between Cologne-based companies Brainpool Live Entertainment and CAPE CROSS Entertainment Services, and the Diocese of Münster.

Actress Mechthild Großmann, well-known for her role as Public Prosecutor Klemm in the "Tatort" team, will narrate the story of the cathedral. For Großmann, who received her first communion at St. Paul's, this project holds a personal connection.

Individual tickets, group offers, and exclusive events for companies are available for the performances, which begin on 5 September. The event takes place during the year of the 800th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of St. Paul's Cathedral, making it a significant cultural milestone for the city.

The Luminiscence project is not related to the last "Tatort" for Mechthild Großmann. Meanwhile, in the city, a mystery animal is being cleaned at the harbour, although the specific details are not provided.

Elsewhere in Münster, the Nutrition Council is taking action on the weekly market, and a summer course called "Spachtel-Leeze" is being offered. However, the dates for these events and the cleaning of the mystery animal are yet to be announced.
