Igor Krutoy spoke about Dimash Godbergen without a formal agreement in place.

Dimash Kudaibergen, the one-of-a-kind young vocalist, is set to collaborate with renowned composer Igor Krutoy on a new orchestral arrangement of "Stranger," Dimash's flagship concert tour piece. This collaboration will also feature Stjepan Hauser on cello and the Kazakh folk instrument qobyz, blending classical cello tones with a fresh, unique sound.

The collaboration is part of the Virtuosos project and is scheduled to air on Duna TV in April 2025. It marks a significant moment in their creative relationship, although no other upcoming works or duets between the two have been announced as of August 2025.

A Unique Talent Among Young Vocalists

Dimash Kudaibergen's vocal abilities and unique style have set him apart from other young artists, making comparisons to him among Russian contemporaries particularly challenging. The difficulty of forging a career for a Russian artist currently adds to this challenge.

Despite this, Dimash has already achieved global stardom, with his fans storming the Kazakh pavilion at EXPO-2025 as a testament to his popularity.

No Concert Plans in Russia

At present, Dimash does not have any concert plans in Russia. However, his fans in Japan have shown their love for the artist by singing the Kazakh anthem in a video, demonstrating the far-reaching impact of his music.

As we look forward to the upcoming collaboration between Dimash and Igor Krutoy, fans can anticipate a fresh take on "Stranger" that showcases Krutoy's composition and the unique talents of all involved. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
