What's the game plan for tickets?
Over a million tickets are now put up for grabs. That means 10,000 tickets per match for each association, with an extra 30,000 for German fans. Get ready to shell out anywhere between 30 and 200 euros for group-stage tickets. The opening game between Germany and Scotland costs even more: 50 to 600 euros.
The UEFA portal still houses remaining tickets for all 51 matches, including the July 14 final in Berlin. Unfortunately, UEFA won't disclose the exact number of leftovers. Source reports suggest that only a small portion of the original 1.2 million tickets are still available.
Whose tickets am I chasing?
Only those who belong to the official DFB fan club, newly founded fan clubs, or have signed up for the tournament may apply. Registration deadlines for all three options have passed. To snag UEFA tickets, online registration is available up until December 12.
How does the ticket allocation dance work?
Attend DFB matches faithfully and reap your rewards! Dedicated fans who've accrued 11 bonus points have first dibs until December 7. Fans with 7 to 10 bonus points can order from December 8 to 11. All other enthusiasts will have until December 15, with participation in a draw eventuating in January.
