South Korean girl group I-dle is set to make a comeback in Japan with their first release since changing their name from (G)I-dle. The mini album titled I-dle is scheduled for release on October 3, according to Cube Entertainment.

The EP will contain five tracks, three of which are new songs. Soyeon, the group's leader, has written the main track, titled "Dosiyoukana," which translates to "What should I do." Two other tracks on the EP are Japanese-language versions of "Queencard" and "Fate." "Queencard" was the title track of I-dle's sixth EP "I Feel," released in 2023, and "Fate" is a B-side track from their second LP "2," released last year.

I-dle's upcoming concerts in Japan will kick off at the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo on October 4, starting at 6:00 PM. The group will then head to Kobe for a performance at the Glion Arena on October 18, also starting at 6:00 PM. Prior to these headlining concerts, I-dle is scheduled to join the lineup of the Summer Sonic 2025 festival, performing in Tokyo on August 16 and in Osaka on August 17.

This will be the first record released by I-dle in Japan in five years, making their upcoming EP a highly anticipated release for fans. Cube Entertainment will be releasing the EP in Japan.

I-dle's first Japanese concert tour in five years promises to be a memorable event for fans, as they showcase their new music and perform fan-favourite tracks. Tickets for the Saitama and Kobe concerts are expected to go on sale soon, so keep an eye out for more information.

Fans are eagerly anticipating I-dle's upcoming EP, as it marks their first release in Japan since changing their name and will feature a new main track titled "Dosiyoukana," co-written by Soyeon. This Japanese EP will also include Japanese-language versions of tracks "Queencard" and "Fate."

With new music on the horizon, I-dle's first Japanese concert tour in five years promises to be a lively event filled with entertainment and music that fans won't want to miss.
