Iconic Folk Duo Peter and Paul set to entertain at Birch Aquarium, Scripps Institute
The Birch Aquarium at Scripps, a popular public exploration centre in La Jolla, California, is set to host a series of concerts as part of the 2010 Green Flash Concert Series. One of the highlights of this series is a special engagement on Saturday, September 11, featuring Peter Yarrow and Noel Paul Stookey of the legendary folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary.
This performance is in tribute to their 50-year collaboration and friendship with bandmate Mary Travers. The concert, taking place at 2300 Expedition Way, La Jolla, Calif., will begin at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.

The aquarium is easily accessible from Interstate 5, with directions to the venue available by exiting at La Jolla Village Drive and heading west one mile, then left on Expedition Way. The aquarium offers three-hour courtesy parking for visitors.
