ICAI Kuwait Bids Farewell to Indian Ambassador Swaika and His Wife in Celebratory Event

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Kuwait Chapter (ICAIKC) recently hosted a farewell dinner for His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika, Ambassador of India to Kuwait, and his wife Mrs. Vandana Swaika. The gathering was a distinguished event, taking place at Soul and Spice in Kuwait City.

During the event, CA Rohit Agarwal, Chairperson of ICAIKC, delivered a welcome address. CA Aditya Dhanuka, Immediate Past Chairperson of ICAIKC, moderated the evening, presenting highlights of the year gone by for ICAI Kuwait. His address acknowledged the constant encouragement and support of the Embassy of India.

H.E. Dr. Adarsh Swaika delivered an address, expressing appreciation for the ICAI Kuwait community. He acknowledged the professional achievements, social initiatives, and role of ICAI Kuwait in strengthening India-Kuwait relations. The farewell reflected the deep respect and affection the Indian community holds for Dr. Swaika and Mrs. Swaika.

CA Aditya Dhanuka also extended his best wishes to ICAI Kuwait for continued success in the years ahead during his address. The event was attended by advisory members, past chairpersons, executive committee members, and senior members of ICAIKC.

Dignitaries from the Embassy of India in Kuwait were also present at the event. Shri Manas Raj Patel, First Secretary (Community Welfare & Labour), and Mrs. Ankita Patel; Mrs. Chandrakana Rathore, First Secretary (Political, Press and Information); Shri Harit Ketan Shelat, Second Secretary (Community Affairs & Associations); and Shri Davinder Punj, Second Secretary (Commerce & Consular), along with Mrs. Pooja Punj, graced the occasion.

The farewell event concluded with a sumptuous dinner, where members and dignitaries mingled in an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie. The evening was a fitting tribute to the ambassador's service and a testament to the strong ties between India and Kuwait.
