- "I wear the pants": Mola Adebisi expresses his thoughts on feminism in the jungle

In the earliest stages of their jungle journey, Mola Adebisi's eagerness to depart camp quickly caught everyone's attention. Yet, thirteen days into the adventure, Adebisi snatched the spotlight. Alongside Eric Stehfest, he emerged victorious in the jungle challenge, besting Gigi Birofio and Thorsten Legat. However, this wasn't Adebisi's sole claim to fame. In a surprising turn, he shared his stance on feminism – revealing a perspective that was met with a mix of concern and frustration.

Adebisi's Gender Role Beliefs

"I'm no advocate for feminism," the 51-year-old stated, with his future child's mother at his side. His fellow campmates couldn't help but brace themselves for the impending debate as Adebisi continued, stating, "She may be my queen, but I'm the law." This comment sparked a flurry of thoughts: What did he mean? And why did Romanian women, as he suggested, refuse to refuel cars?

"A man shouldn't do a woman's work, and a woman shouldn't do a man's," Adebisi elucidated, before diving into statistics on male and female-dominated professions. A curious inquiry about a male midwife added fuel to the fire.

Sarah Knappik Speaks Out

Sarah Knappik, however, found Adebisi's outdated views challenging. "Who told him that a woman is from the fairy tale, and a man from another?" Knappik argued. "There are multiple kinds of women, and multiple kinds of men. That's perfectly normal."; she exclaimed.

Gigi Birofio, the renowned Italo-macho, shared his own father's experience. While his father worked and then relaxed, his mother managed the household chores and child-rearing alongside her paid job. In Adebisi's framework, a woman was "superior to a man," Gigi concluded. "The most precious thing, folks, is love – and that's everything a child needs."; he urged viewers.

Eric Stehfest Remains Silent

Eric Stehfest, displaying a respectful silence, shared a hesitant opinion. "I prefer not to comment, for fear of escalating things." Stehfest, who values his modern marriage with wife Edith, may have his own reservations about Adebisi's views on gender roles.
