Hulk, portrayed by Mark Ruffalo, will appear once more in the upcoming Spider-Man film, titled Spider-Man 4.

In an exciting development for Marvel fans, the next installment of the Spider-Man series, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day", is set to feature a star-studded cast. The film, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, is scheduled to release on July 31, 2026.

Mark Ruffalo will reprise his role as Bruce Banner, better known as the Hulk, in the upcoming sequel. Ruffalo has been a staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for 14 years, first appearing in 2012's "The Avengers". His return to the series as the Hulk is a significant moment, and fans are eager to see his interaction with Tom Holland's Spider-Man.

Joining Ruffalo is Michael Mando, who will reprise his role as Mac Cargan, aka The Scorpion. Mando previously played this classic Spider-Man villain in 2017's "Spider-Man: Homecoming". Mando is also known for his role in "Better Call Saul".

New additions to the cast include Sadie Sink and Liza Colón-Zayas. While the specific roles of Sink and Colón-Zayas have not been disclosed, speculation suggests that Sink could be a new love interest for Peter Parker or a possible connection to the "X-Men".

Another exciting addition to the cast is Jon Bernthal, who will make his MCU debut as Frank Castle, better known as the Punisher. Bernthal first appeared as the character in the 2016 series "Daredevil". This will mark the first time Punisher will be seen in a film since 2008's "Punisher: War Zone".

Production for "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is expected to begin in England this month. Marvel has not yet commented on the casting for the film, so fans will have to wait to see the full roster of characters.

With its talented cast and anticipated release date, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is shaping up to be an exciting addition to the Spider-Man series. Stay tuned for more updates on this highly anticipated film.
