Hulk Hogan's Death Cause Unearthed Officially

Hulk Hogan Dies at Age 71 Due to Heart Attack

Hulk Hogan, the iconic professional wrestler and actor, passed away on July 24, 2025, at his Florida home, following a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction) [1][3][4].

Hogan's health issues were a result of a complex medical history. Over the past decade, he underwent approximately 25 surgeries, including multiple back surgeries, shoulder procedures, and knee and hip replacements on both sides [2]. These surgeries, combined with his strenuous wrestling career, led to ongoing pain and mobility problems.

In March 2025, Hogan underwent a neck surgery to alleviate pain, with a reported quick recovery [2]. However, he continued to grapple with chronic medical conditions such as atrial fibrillation (AFib)—a heart condition causing irregular and rapid heart rhythms—and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a cancer affecting white blood cells [1][3].

On July 24, Hogan suffered a cardiac arrest at home. Emergency personnel were called, and he was transported to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was later declared dead [1][4].

Hogan's widow, Sky Daily Hogan, publicly acknowledged his health issues but described him as strong and recovering. After his sudden passing, she expressed shock and grief [1][3].

The WWE star's battle with leukemia was also documented by the District Six Medical Examiner's record [5]. The Pinellas County Forensic Science Centre ruled Hogan's death as "natural," with no foul play [6].

As of now, the date of Hulk Hogan's cremation has not been disclosed. Despite the tragic loss, Hogan's legacy as a wrestling icon and cultural figure continues to be celebrated.
