Born as Terrence Gene Bollea in Georgia on August 11, 1953, Hogan rose to fame in the world of professional wrestling, playing a significant role in helping WWE achieve global success in the 1980s. Before his wrestling career, Hogan was a baseball player and a bassist in several bands.
Hulk Hogan's life was not confined to the ring. He was also involved in U.S. politics, aligning himself with Republican and current U.S. President Donald Trump. Their relationship began through their shared enthusiasm for wrestling but evolved into a political alliance, with Hogan supporting Trump’s political agenda over the years.

The exact cause of death is yet to be confirmed, but an emergency call was received at 9:51 AM local time on Thursday due to a cardiac arrest involving Hulk Hogan. Hulk Hogan was treated by firefighters and paramedics at the scene before being transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
