Hotel-Dieu Grace Expands Toldo Rehab Center with $8.3M Donation
Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is set to expand its Toldo Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, thanks to an $8.3 million donation from the Toldo Foundation. The expansion, scheduled for completion in October, will significantly enhance the facility's services. The project, currently on track, will introduce new exercise equipment, a walking track, private consultation and therapy rooms, and a convenient patient drop-off area. The Toldo Foundation's generous contribution covers the majority of the costs, with $3.5 million already raised. Upon completion, the center will bear the name 'Toldo Outpatient Rehabilitation Centre'. It will complement the Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Bob Probert Tecumseh Campus, which serves around 2,000 patients yearly. The expanded center aims to address the growing demand, supporting over 15,000 patient visits annually. The expansion of the Toldo Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is expected to conclude in October, bringing enhanced facilities and increased capacity to Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare. The project, made possible by the Toldo Foundation's substantial donation, will significantly improve rehabilitation services in the region.
