In a powerful display of support, over 80 guests gathered in Bergisch Gladbach for the 79th vigil organised by the Ganey Tikva Association. The event, which took place on a Tuesday, was a strong statement for solidarity, civil courage, and democratic values.

Karoline Preisler, a German lawyer, author, and FDP politician, was the guest of honour at the vigil. Known for her fearless advocacy for human rights, Preisler delivered a speech titled "Sustaining Democracy? Defending Democracy!".
