In a surprising turn of events, the popular German television show, The Stefan Raab Show, is set to undergo a significant change. The next episode, titled The Dennis Schröder Show, will feature the German professional basketball player, Dennis Schröder, as a co-host.

Born on September 15, 1993, in Braunschweig, Schröder plays as a point guard for the Sacramento Kings and has made a name for himself both domestically and internationally. His significant performances with the German national team, including winning bronze at the 2022 European Championship, have solidified his status as a sports icon.

The Stefan Raab Show, known for its unique and sometimes controversial content, has been a staple on RTL. The show, hosted by entertainer Stefan Raab, has consistently attracted a large audience, with the first show drawing 14.4% (530,000 viewers) and the third edition managing 12.1% (472,000 viewers) among the 14- to 49-year-olds.

However, the third edition of the show has sparked conversation due to an artist's act during the broadcast. Some viewers found the show entertaining, while others expressed disappointment with the reliance on shock effects. The act, which some considered inappropriate, led to a total viewership of 1.22 million, a slight dip from the launch values.

The next episode, The Dennis Schröder Show, promises to focus on the basketball star's recent achievements. Around 20 people in the front row watched the performance naked, identifying themselves as "naked activists". The show, known for its "Nudists" theme, continues to push boundaries, much like its host, Stefan Raab.

Despite the controversy, the show remains a significant platform for advertising due to its appeal to the 14- to 49-year-old demographic. As the show continues to be broadcast on RTL, viewers can expect more unexpected twists and turns.

On social media, reactions to the show ranged from confusion to ironic praise, to declaring it a "low point". Regardless of the opinions, one thing is certain - The Dennis Schröder Show is set to make waves when it airs.
