Coolmore has set its sights on Gun Runner at the sale, while other notable purchases included an $875,000 Not This Time colt and a colt from the first crop of Grade 1 winner Drain the Clock, purchased for an undisclosed amount by Arroyo Bloodstock, agent for Arroyo Syndicate and FTF.

Jebel Ali Stables and Michael Costa also made a significant purchase, acquiring a colt by Honor AP for $195,000. The colt, consigned by Denali Stud, is out of the Uncle Mo mare Mo Cheeks.

In a notable transaction, Aspire Equine purchased a colt by Horse of the Year Knicks Go for $210,000. The sale concluded with two yearlings being sold for $195,000 apiece.
