Final Destination Bloodlines, the latest addition to the popular horror series, has been produced by New Line Cinema, Inzide Media, Practical Pictures, and The Fusion Media. Toby Emmerich, Dianne McGunigle, Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan, Jon Watts, and Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein serve as producers for the film.

The official synopsis for Final Destination Bloodlines is: 'Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.'

Stefani Reyes, played by Kaitlyn Santa Juana, is joined by an impressive cast, including Teo Briones as her brother Charlie Reyes, Richard Harmon as Erik Campbell, Owen Patrick Joyner as Bobby Campbell, Anna Lore as Julia Campbell, and Rya Kihlstedt as their mother Darlene Campbell. Brec Bassinger plays Iris Campbell, Stefani's grandmother, and Gabrielle Rose and the late Tony Todd reprise their roles as older Iris and William Bludworth, respectively.

Other notable cast members include Tinpo Lee as Marty Reyes, Yvette Ferguson, Mark Brandon, Natasha Burnett, Travis Turner, Bernard Cuffling, Megan Hui, and Noah Bromley as survivors of the Sky View tower collapse.

Jon Watts, director of Spider-Man: No Way Home, worked on the story for Final Destination Bloodlines. Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor are the credited screenwriters for the film.
