Homes in Yakutsk linked to heating systems activated on September 11th
In Yakutsk, the emergency-dispatch service of the managing company or TSC is responsible for addressing heat issues in multi-apartment residential buildings and socially significant facilities. This was announced during a daily meeting chaired by Deputy Mayor of Yakutsk, Vladislav Sleptcov.
According to the latest reports, as of 11:00 PM on September 11, 2025, heat has been turned on in 820 apartment buildings (30%) and 260 socially significant facilities (70%). The heating period begins after the average daily outdoor air temperature has been below 8 degrees Celsius for 5 consecutive days.
The rate of heat supply primarily depends on the outdoor air temperature. The schedules for turning on heat are provided to heat supply organizations to ensure an orderly and efficient process.
If you encounter any heat issues in your residential building or in any of the socially significant facilities, you can submit a request to the Unified Duty Dispatch Service by calling 44-45-64.
It is worth noting that the rules regarding the turning on of heat are based on the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354 of 06.05.2011. The head of the staff unit coordinating the heating operation in 820 residential buildings and 260 socially significant institutions in Yakutsk on September 11, 2025, is not publicly available at this time.
Heat is turned on in stages, not all at once, to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Despite the ongoing efforts, there is still work to be done as not all buildings have been supplied with heat yet. The city continues to work diligently to ensure that all residents and facilities are comfortable and warm during the colder months.
