Homerun Resources Launches BDR Program to Tap Brazil's Energy Transition Boom

Homerun Resources Inc. has launched a Sponsored Brazilian Depositary Receipt (BDR) program with Banco B3 S.A. The move aims to list the company's shares on B3, Brazil's primary stock exchange. This step follows rising interest from local investors in the energy transition sector.

Each BDR will correspond to one common share of Homerun, which already trades on Canada's TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol HMR. The program begins as a Level I - confirm initiative, with a ticker to be announced later.

The BDR program is designed to expand Homerun's shareholder base in Brazil. By offering shares on B3, the company expects to improve visibility among Brazilian institutional investors and family offices. While no specific investors have been named, the listing aligns with growing demand for energy transition opportunities.

Homerun specialises in silica-powered solutions across four key areas: Silica, Solar, Energy Storage, and Energy Solutions. Its high-purity, low-iron silica resource in Bahia supports critical applications in these sectors. The company believes this resource strengthens its position in Brazil's energy transition market. Brazilian investors buying BDRs on B3 will reduce the number of freely tradable Homerun shares in Canada. The listing also provides an additional trading platform for the company's stock. Homerun's leadership views the BDR program as a strategic step toward securing broader international investment.

The BDR program will list Homerun's shares on B3, broadening access for Brazilian investors. The company's focus on silica and energy transition projects positions it as a key player in the sector. With the new listing, Homerun aims to strengthen its financial base and accelerate growth in Brazil's evolving energy market.
