Holiday Train Brings Festive Joy and Food Donations to Hankinson

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train made its annual stop in Hankinson, North Dakota, on Wednesday, December 17. For over two decades, the brightly lit train has travelled through communities, delivering festive music, donations, and food to those in need along its route.

The Holiday Train has been on the move for nearly a month, winding its way across Canada and the United States. Each stop features live performances, dazzling light displays, and contributions to local food banks. Every donation collected during the event stays in the town where it was raised.

The Holiday Train’s stop in Hankinson added to its long record of charitable work. With millions raised and tonnes of food collected, the programme remains a key source of aid for food banks across North America. All funds and supplies gathered during the tour directly benefit the towns it visits.
