Hoffenheim and Business Manager Jost End Cooperation - Hoffenheim thrives on the pitch despite leadership exodus at the top

TSG Hoffenheim is facing significant changes at the top of the club. Four senior executives have left in recent months, including the president and two managing directors. Despite this, the team sits third in the Bundesliga after 20 matches.

President Jörg Albrecht resigned earlier this season due to health concerns. His departure marked the start of a series of high-level exits. Shortly after, managing directors Markus Schutz and Frank Briel were forced to step down from their roles.

Tim Jost, the club's head of marketing, also left by mutual agreement. His exit follows that of three other senior figures, leaving Andreas Schicker as the only remaining managing director.

On the pitch, Hoffenheim has shown strong form this season. After 20 games, they hold third place with 42 points, recording 13 wins, 3 draws, and 4 losses. Their goal difference stands at 43 scored and 23 conceded. This performance marks a clear improvement from previous seasons, where the club usually finished between 7th and 16th.

The club now operates with a much smaller leadership team. Andreas Schicker remains the sole managing director as Hoffenheim continues its push for a top-three finish. The team's strong league position contrasts with the instability seen off the field in recent months.
