This Kentucky couple, Tim and Heather, have been making their mark on the interwebs with their captivating YouTube channel. But how did they find themselves in the Bourbon spotlight? Let's dive into their story.
Heather and I have called Louisville, Kentucky, home for the past decade. Switching from our native towns for teaching jobs, we fell for the charm of this Bourbon-loving city, with its mild winters, Derby season, and distinctive spirit infused in its cuisine.

My enthusiasm for the desirable, rare bottles and the thrill of the hunt to track down hidden gems drove me to keep up with the latest releases and reviews. Visits to local distilleries, scaled-up rickhouse tours, becoming a certified Bourbon Steward, and even pilfering whiskey straight from the barrel all added fuel to the flames.
So, when Heather questioned my newfound Bourbon hobby, I convinced her to join the ride by tasting together and determining if each bottle should be savored neat or mixed into a cocktail. thus birthed the creation of Cocktail or Neat.
Sippin' on Sunshine
Heather, who enjoys teasing out flavor notes in food and wine, jumped on board and quickly developed a taste for Bourbon. Now, every time a new bottle graces our home bar, she can't help but ask, "When are we tasting this for the channel?"
