Highfield Festival 2025 Concludes Sunday with 33,000 Visitors
The Highfield Festival, a major music event, is set to conclude this Sunday. Around 33,000 visitors are anticipated to attend the three-day festival, which kicked off yesterday at Stormthal Lake near Leipzig. The event, organised by HKES GmbH, features prominent bands like Die Ärzte, Beatsteaks, and K.I.Z.
The festival began on Friday, with visitors arriving from Thursday onwards. A shuttle bus service has been arranged from Leipzig's main station to the festival grounds for those travelling by train. The main event is expected to cause some traffic restrictions, particularly on roads S242 and B95. The festival is being coordinated and executed by HKES GmbH, with Marie Kassmann serving as production manager. The company has offices in both Hamburg and Leipzig.
The Highfield Festival is drawing to a close today, having entertained thousands with performances from renowned bands. Traffic may still be affected in the area, so drivers are advised to be cautious. The event's success is a testament to the organisers' efforts, led by production manager Marie Kassmann.
