High-speed readings recorded on the Three Gorges' latest vessel

According to recent data, a speed of 103 km/h was registered on Hainer Chaussee in the direction of Dreieichenhain, while a staggering 115 km/h was recorded in the direction of Sprendlingen on the same road. Out of the 292,421 vehicles recorded by new stationary speed cameras on Hainer Chaussee between December 13, 2024, and January 20, 2025, a concerning 376 were traveling too fast.
The August-Bebel-Straße has also emerged as a hotspot for speeding, with high-speed violations detected even in the late night hours. Mobile controls on this street have also reported similar issues.
These initial findings have led to the city's decision to install more stationary speed cameras, with the August-Bebel-Straße being a focus for the installation due to the high number of violations detected.
