High-priced Secondary Right Back transaction's correction:

Benjamin Sesko, the promising young striker, has sealed a move to Manchester United from RB Leipzig in a deal reportedly worth around €85 million.

Sesko, who has been compared to Erling Haaland, enjoyed a successful stint at Leipzig, winning the Champions League and the DFB-Pokal six times. In the Bundesliga, he scored 27 goals and assisted seven more in 64 games. His impressive performances caught the attention of several top clubs, with Manchester United and Newcastle United reportedly competing for his signature.

The bidding war between the two clubs is said to have driven up the purchase price for Sesko, with Manchester United securing his services for a reported fee of €76.5 million, plus additional €8.5 million in bonuses. RB Leipzig was determined not to let Sesko go for less than €80 million.

With this transfer, Sesko becomes the second most expensive sale in RB Leipzig's history, surpassed only by Josko Gvardiol, who was sold for a reported fee of €91.5 million.

Sesko's move to Manchester United marks the second significant transfer from RB Leipzig to the Premier League in recent times. The 19-year-old Slovenian international has signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils, expected to be a key part of their attacking line-up.

The deal also includes a sell-on clause, entitling RB Leipzig to a percentage of any future transfer fee for Sesko. Interestingly, Sesko chose Manchester United over competing offers, notably from Newcastle United, who will be playing internationally next season, including in the Champions League.

As Sesko embarks on this new chapter of his career, fans and pundits alike are eager to see how he will perform in the Premier League. With his proven track record and the potential for additional performance-related add-ons, the total transfer cost for Sesko could rise to €90 million.
