Ayr Racing Meeting Yields Exciting Wins

In the Ladbrokes Ayr Bronze Cup, Danny Tudhope rode Winged Messenger to victory, making it three wins this season for the trainer Julie Camacho's charge. Clifford Lee also had a successful day at the races, winning the 7f nursery on Aspiral and the Listed Arran Scottish Sprint EBF Fillies' Stakes on Beautiful Diamond. The latter race saw Beautiful Diamond return at the top of her game after a disappointing effort in the Palace House Stakes at Newmarket four months previously. James Cowley, assistant to Beautiful Diamond's trainer Karl Burke, attributed the horse's improved performance to the soft ground at Ayr.
Just Dottie won the 1m5f handicap at Ayr, while Cisco Disco took division two of the mile handicap.
