Helen Flanagan slams ex Scott Sinclair for missing son’s nativity play
Helen Flanagan has publicly criticised her ex-partner, Scott Sinclair, after he missed their son’s nativity play. The former couple, who split in 2022 after 13 years together, share three children. Flanagan has now blocked Sinclair and only communicates with him through family members.
Flanagan and Sinclair ended their relationship two years ago. Since then, tensions have risen, particularly over parenting tips responsibilities. The actress, currently starring in Snow White & The Seven Dwarves at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena, recently shared photos of her children supporting her in the pantomime. She also posted behind-the-scenes images of herself in character as The Wicked Queen.
Flanagan’s frustration grew after Sinclair missed their son’s nativity play, reportedly because he was in Abu Dhabi. She accused him of being absent in their children’s lives while flaunting his wealth on social media. The situation worsened when Sinclair, now enjoying what fans call his 'Hot Boy Winter' following his split from model Lauren Davies, allegedly ignored his parenting tips duties during the Christmas period.
Flanagan has described Sinclair as disrespectful, claiming he ‘picks and chooses’ when to see their children. Her public outburst came after months of growing resentment over his perceived lack of involvement. Davies, who shares a child with Sinclair from their 2019 relationship, has not commented on the matter.
Flanagan remains firm in her stance, cutting off direct contact with Sinclair. The dispute highlights ongoing conflicts over parenting and respect between the former partners. Meanwhile, she continues her pantomime performances in Liverpool while managing family responsibilities alone.
