HBO Max to Broadcast Live AEW Pay-Per-Views from 'All Out' 2025 Onwards
All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has announced that their upcoming pay-per-view event, AEW All Out, will be airing live on HBO Max before the event itself on September 20, 2021. This marks the first live AEW event on the streaming platform.
The pre-show, titled AEW Saturday Tailgate Brawl: All Out, will kick off at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT. The main event, AEW All Out, will follow at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT.
The AEW World Tag Team Championship four-way ladder match is one of the highlights of the pre-show, featuring Brodido, The Young Bucks, JetSpeed, and Don Callis Family. The main event promises an exciting lineup, including a coffin match, tables 'n' tacks match, four-way for the AEW Women's World Championship, and a three-way for the AEW Unified Championship.
The AEW World Championship match will feature 'Hangman' Adam Page and Kyle Fletcher.
The new streaming deal between AEW and HBO Max was announced in 2024, and includes live PPVs on HBO Max in addition to the past PPV library. HBO Max subscribers can purchase AEW All Out for an exclusive price of $39.99.
Replays of AEW PPVs will be exclusively available for six months for purchasers. Purchase and access to PPV content may vary by subscription provider.
AEW programming now streams live on HBO Max simultaneously for U.S. subscribers and on-demand. The organizer of the 'Big Bill' match at AEW All Out in Toronto on HBO Max is All Elite Wrestling (AEW), with Tony Khan as the CEO and primary promoter. The event will take place at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.
News of AEW PPVs coming live to HBO Max follows the announcement of WWE's partnership with ESPN's streaming platform for live events. AEW's two main shows, 'Dynamite' and 'Collision,' continue to air on TBS and TNT respectively.
