Hasbro unveils FIFA World Cup 2026 Monopoly editions with collectible twists

Hasbro has launched two new Monopoly games tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The releases mark the start of official merchandise for the tournament, which begins on June 11. Both editions blend classic gameplay with football-themed twists.

The first game, Monopoly Panini Prizm: FIFA World Cup Game, mixes Monopoly mechanics with collectible Panini Prizm cards. Players compete to control iconic World Cup matches using cards featuring stars like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Pelé. Each set includes six exclusive 'Gold Cracked Ice Monopoly' Prizm cards and special 'Hat Trick' cards.

The second release is a FIFA-themed version of *Monopoly Deal*, the fast-paced card game. This edition challenges players to build a winning World Cup team using 111 cards, all stored in a 2026 FIFA World Cup-branded plastic case. Tickets for all tournament matches are now on sale, with the opening game set for June 11, 2026.

Both games are part of Hasbro’s early push for 2026 FIFA World Cup merchandise. The Panini Prizm edition focuses on collectible cards, while the Monopoly Deal version offers a quick-play football twist. Fans can now purchase these games alongside tournament tickets.
