Harassing Individuals on Trains while Screaming "Heil Hitler," Showing Aggressive Behavior
On September 16, 2025, a man (58) allegedly harassed fellow passengers on a train (RE 70) traveling from Hamburg to Kiel. The incident occurred between Hamburg Central Station and Dammtor Station.
Witnesses confirmed the criminal act, and the man was removed from the train to the platform. The train was stopped at Dammtor Station via the emergency line of the Amtrak service.
Federal Police were called to the scene, and officers initiated a criminal investigation (suspicion of using symbols of unconstitutional organizations) against the man. His personal details were checked by the deployed Federal Police patrol.
