Hapoel Jerusalem secured a 100-85 victory over Veolia Towers Hamburg in the EuroCup game at the Inselpark Arena on September 30, 2025. Despite heightened security due to potential anti-Israeli protests, the game proceeded without incidents.

The game was classified as high-risk, leading to enhanced security measures such as no bags allowed and extended personnel checks. A broken clock caused a brief two-minute interruption in the first quarter. The turning point came when Khadeen Carrington scored, making it 83-71 in favor of Jerusalem with seven minutes left.

Carlos Stewart and Eric Reed were the top scorers for Hamburg with 21 points each. However, Hamburg struggled throughout the game, having already lost in the cup competition and Bundesliga opener. This EuroCup defeat marks another setback for the Towers, who had a poor start to the season.
