Handball-Bundesliga: SC Magdeburg, SG Flensburg Stay Undefeated; Füchse Berlin's Title Hopes Dashed

The Handball-Bundesliga witnessed exciting matches this week. SC Magdeburg kept their perfect record with a narrow 24–22 win over TSV Hannover-Burgdorf, while SG Flensburg-Handewitt remained undefeated with a 36–30 victory against HC Erlangen. Füchse Berlin, however, suffered a loss that dashed their title hopes, falling 38–39 to HSV Hamburg.

SC Magdeburg extended their unbeaten streak to 18 games, sitting atop the table with a 17:1 record. Meanwhile, SG Flensburg-Handewitt strengthened their title chances with an 18:2 record, keeping pace with Magdeburg.

Füchse Berlin's title defense ended after their loss to HSV Hamburg, leaving them sixth in the table with 14:6 points. Hamburg's victory over Berlin significantly boosted their title chances, with Mathias Gidsel's technical error and Nicolaj Jørgensen's late goal proving crucial.
