Cao Ping, General Director of ADHES Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., described Hải Phòng as a key port city with a strategic location, strong industrial potential, and a promising market outlook. Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Hoàng Minh Cường highlighted Hải Phòng's history of vibrant people-to-people exchanges with China. The city currently maintains bilateral relationships with several Chinese cities, involving economic, cultural, or educational exchanges between sister cities.
Hải Phòng, with its strategic location and strong ties with China, continues to prioritize cooperation with Chinese localities and enterprises. The city hosts 1,737 foreign-invested projects worth US$50.3 billion from 44 countries and territories, with 769 projects valued at $12.77 billion coming from China.
