Gütersloh town party featuring DJs - two stages set for one electrifying night of amplified music power
On Saturday, 13th September, 2025, Guetersloh will host the fifth edition of the popular event "DJs in Town". This year, the event is part of the city's 200-year anniversary celebrations and promises to be a night to remember.
The event will take place in the heart of the city, on Berliner Platz and Konrad-Adenauer-Platz, from 6 PM until midnight. Over 15 DJs will perform across two stages, with music ranging from house to electro.
The E-Zone Stage (Berliner Platz) and the Global Groove Stage (Rathausplatz) will play host to a diverse line-up of talented DJs. Among the performers, fans can look forward to seeing Simon Drosten from Wapelbeats, LUKE D, the Whiteheads (who recently announced their reunion), and Mr. Jawbone, who will return as a resident DJ at the town hall for DJs in Town.
While the full line-up of the 10 other DJs performing has not been specifically named, the event is expected to attract thousands of visitors and is sure to be a highlight of Guetersloh's anniversary celebrations.
Mayor Matthias Trepper is looking forward to the special party night, commenting, "DJs in Town showcases the diversity of culture in Guetersloh and is a great way to celebrate our city's 200-year anniversary."
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the event has increased security, toilet facilities, parking spaces, and drink options. Public toilets in Spiekergasse will be open until 1 AM, and parking houses will remain open until the same time for partygoers arriving by car.
Partygoers are also asked to use public waste bins for litter to help keep the city clean. Lena Jeckel, head of the cultural department, states that "DJs in Town shows the diversity of culture in Guetersloh and is a great way to celebrate our city's 200-year anniversary."
