The legendary Rolling Stones are brewing something fresh, with whispers of a new album on the horizon. The band's grand ol' boys, Mick Jagger (81), Keith Richards (81), and Ronnie Wood (78), have allegedly been toiling away at Metropolis Studios, nestled in the heart of west London, crafting 13 enchanting tunes. With negotiations underway to seal the deal for their 25th studio creation, fans are dancing with anticipation.

Is an Album or a Tour in the Cards?

The Stones last graced us with their original work on "Hackney Diamonds," released in 2023 – a grand gap of 18 long years. Sources told "The Sun," "Mick, Keith, and Ronnie have been quietly working their magic with their drummer, Steve Jordan**. So far, they've crafted 13 songs they're pretty darn happy with and are sorted out dialogues regarding the album's drop."

With their new album poised to take the stage, fans may have to kiss their live show dreams goodbye for another year. Unfortunately, the band has announced the postponement of their planned 2025 European tour to 2026. The tour would've been a grand spectacle, with stops in Germany, tickling the keys of the Munich Olympic Stadium and entertaining the audiences in Berlin, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, and Copenhagen.

A Special Dedication Awaits Ronnie Wood

Instead of packing their bags for the European tour, the Stones have opted to retreat into the studio, trading stage for soundboards. Moreover, they've planned for a commemorative release of a remastered edition of their 1976 album, "Black and Blue," this November. The reissue will be adorned with two new tracks to honor Ronnie's Wood's 50th anniversary with the band, which first took root in 1962.
