The Rolling Stones Back in the Game with New Tunes

Recording new songs by Band Chartering - Group planning to compose fresh tunes for upcoming album

The iconic Rolling Stones are making waves again, this time creating fresh music instead of gracing stages. According to British media, the legendaries Mick Jagger (81), Keith Richards (81), and Ronnie Wood (78) have been secretly working on 13 potential new songs, with a possible 25th studio album on the horizon.

Studio Sessions Rather Than Tour Stops

If you were excited about catching the band live this year, we have some mixed news. With Mick, Keith, and Ronnie focusing on their new tunes, reports suggest they may have postponed their planned 2025 European tour to 2026. The tour was set to touch down in Germany, the UK, Spain, Netherlands, France, and Denmark, including stops at Munich Olympic Stadium and Berlin.

As it turns out, the band is choosing to return to the studio to work on their album instead. Of course, this could be a unique way to celebrate Ronnie Wood's 50th anniversary as a band member, with the release of a remastered version of their 1976 album "Black and Blue" set for November. This release will also feature two new tracks to mark the milestone.[3][4]

Secrets of the Metropolis Studios

The magic is happening at London’s Metropolis Studios, where the collective genius of Mick, Keith, Ronnie, and drummer Steve Jordan is brewing a fresh batch of rock 'n' roll.[1][4] Industry insiders speculate the album could drop as early as November 2025 to capitalize on the Christmas market.[3][4] Keep the fingers crossed; it's time to groove to the Stones' fresh vibes!
